Campus-Wide Site Master Plan
and Infrastructure Upgrades

Project Scope

This $13M project consists of a campus-wide site master plan and infrastructure upgrades addressing existing condition deficiencies, opportunities for maximizing space utilization, campus identity and aesthetics, as well as site safety.

Specific design components include:

• Vehicular and pedestrian circulation
• Parking, drop-off, loading and staging areas
• Formal and informal gathering spaces
• Landscape design, site lighting, signage and other site   amenities
• Rehabilitation of existing site features

Planning takes into account future new buildings such as the Student Union and New School of Business as well as the existing facilities to ensure for logical and functional interrelationships with site support components.
