Project Scope
To accommodate the growth and development of Taughannock Aviation, we designed new parking facilities that maximized the number of spaces on this very restricted site while being sensitive to future expansion. Additional scope items included:
• Improved vehicular and pedestrian circulation
• ADA compliance
• Planting plans
• Accelerated schedule
• Paving and sidewalk reconstruction
Concerns of brown field contamination were strategically addressed by minimizing excavation and by building on top of existing conditions. |
